Located at Otago Polytechnic’s Central Otago Campus, Molyneux Restaurant offers a diverse menu, excellent service and a cosy, ambient environment for evening dining.
Staff and students are committed to using sustainable practices, and the majority of herbs and vegetables are grown on site, including grapes from our horticulture site that are used to make our very own wine.
The Restaurant is a successful initiative established by the School of Hospitality, training our future chefs, hotel managers and restaurant staff under the guidance of industry professionals.
Located at the Central Campus we specialise in growing plants suitable for the challenging climate of the region, and those which will flourish with minimal watering.
The Central Plant Nursery hosts two plant sales each year which draw people from throughout Central Otago. The Giant Spring Sale is always on Labour Weekend Saturday, and the Autumn Plant and Food Fair in March or April.
