Beauty Therapy (Level 2)

If you’re interested in beauty, make-up and fashion, and helping people to be at their best, a career in beauty therapy could be for you.

Location: Cromwell

Delivery: One day a week for the school year.

 

 

 

 

What will I do?

> knowledge of the human body, and conditions that can affect skin, nails and hair

> understanding of how beauty therapies and nutrition can affect the body

> knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and beauty treatment methods

> an understanding of hygiene, and health and safety regulations

> make-up application

> learning different fashion looks

 

What could I do next?

> New Zealand Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Level 4) OP Dunedin - One year full-time

> New Zealand Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5) OP Dunedin -One year full-time
